This number rang me, but I decided to look it up on ‘who called me’ before picking up. Glad I didn’t answer! Big thanks to the ‘who called me’ site and everyone who shared their warnings in the comments.

This call says its from amazon but its some robotic American lady telling me my bank will be charged about £30 something unless I smash 1 on my keypad. No chance im falling for that dodgy scam. It rings multiple times daily and even tho the number looks like it’s UK, my phone shows it as an international call. Very sketchy.

Been getting loads of calls on my landline from someone saying they're with Amazon. They say they're going to take £39.99 out of my account and tell me to hit 1 if I want to talk to an operator. Definitely seems dodgy to me.
