I encountered a rather alarming individual who posed as a representative from HM Revenue and Customs. His manner was exceedingly confrontational, and he didn't hesitate to hurl insults my way. The shouting was quite distressing. He asserted that there was a fraudulent tax claim linked to my name, which only added to the chaos of the situation.

Some bloke just told me I’d rung up from HMRC, the Inland Revenue or something. I told him he was wrong and then he began yelling at me. So, I just ended the call.
