Strange thing happened - my landline rang from 01556 612768, but when I picked up, the call ended right away. Then, right after, my mobile buzzed with a call from 0723525985, but that one dropped before I even got to answer. I’ve got a feeling the first one’s an international call. Both numbers seem linked somehow and I don’t know them at all. Unless someone says otherwise, I’m calling these dodgy and best avoided.

Some bloke rang saying he was from Openreach, mentioned something about errors and all that. I told him I wasn’t with Openreach and just ended the call.
