Got a call from someone claiming to be from the ‘Security department’ saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my account - one for £700 with an unknown payee and another £2000 sent abroad. They asked me to press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to their support team. I hung up straight away, figured it was a scam.
