I got a call from a guy with an asian accent who said his name was Stephen. He was talking about some government plan to swap out old boilers and started asking me how old mine was. I told him I wasn’t interested but he kept pressing me with more questions. After repeating I wasn’t interested, I just ended the call.

They keep ringing from all sorts of different mobiles every single day, its really annoying.

Just said I wasn’t interested and that I didn’t qualify, then hung up straight away. Blocked the number after that.

Saw the feedback people left here and decided to just block this number outright.

Got a call again but when I picked up, there was no one on the line. Tried ringing the number back and BT said, "the number you dialled is not recognised." If they're hiding their actual number like that, it just makes me feel like they could be dodgy.

Today I got a call from a bloke named Raymond. He said he wasn’t some cold caller, claimed he was with a government agency offering a grant for a new boiler. But when I asked him to confirm my details, he couldn’t provide any, which is odd for someone supposedly from the government. After I told him what I thought about his boiler scam nonsense, he just hung up on me. Definitely don’t pick up if you get this call. I’ve also reported it to the ICO.

They've been ringing me daily about some vital funding to get a new boiler. I told them I'm on the no call list. Usually I just ignore them, but today I picked up because the calls wouldn't stop.
