6 yearsLately I’ve been getting loads of calls from people saying they’re from Virgin Media, wanting to ‘check my internet scan’ or something like that. Today, a recorded message came through saying there’s a fault with my router and that my internet will be cut off soon so they can replace it. It asked me to press 1 to talk to the ‘tech team’ to sort it out. I obviously didn’t press anything - probably just a sneaky way to rip you off or hook you up with dodgy operators.
