Got a robocall saying my Amazon subscription was just renewed and I'd been charged £59.99. The voice said if I wanted to ask questions, press 1 to talk to their management. I didn't press anything and just ended the call. The number showed up on my caller ID via 1471.

Got a call earlier today from what sounded like Amazon, telling me my internet was at risk and money was going to be taken for some ‘Premium’ service. They told me to press 1 to cancel - which I didn’t. When I tried calling the number back, all I got was a nonstop beep. Seems like the same scam that others have flagged. The phone number was 01956 879241. Stay careful out there!
