Got a call from some scammer claiming there was a problem with my Virgin Media router and they needed to 'fix' it remotely. Thing is, I don’t even have Virgin! Told him exactly where to shove it, and he just kept saying "Sorry, I don’t understand" over and over. Then he started threatening me and my family, proper nasty stuff. These dodgy people are managing to scam from overseas using this number, it's mad. Stay clear and don’t answer!
