Some bloke with a recorded voice claiming he was from BT tech support rang me up, saying there was weird stuff happening on my account and that they’d cut off my internet and phone. I didn’t even bother hearing the whole spiel and just hung up. Pretty clear it was a scam, and I reckon following what they wanted could be risky.
