This time I didn’t pick up, but before that, I had loads of calls about some car crash. I told them to take me off their list, yet they just called back from a slightly different number. One person was really rude, shouting at me over the phone because I wouldn't share my personal info. I kept saying I hadn't been in any car for ages, so there was no way I was involved in an accident. Weirdly, they knew my name but hung up abruptly when I asked where they got my details. One of my daughters even asked if they were threatening her when they kept hassling her, and since then, no calls at all!

This number kept buzzing my phone, so I looked it up on unknownphone.com and turns out it's from sales or something. Blocked it right away.

On my mobile, the caller ID shows an American number. I don’t pick it up, but then within like 10 mins I get a call from some Llanelli number saying they’re looking into a traffic crash I supposedly had - which I didn’t. Seriously, don’t even bother answering these calls!!!

For me, this number pops up on my cell as being from the US, not sure if that’s the case for everyone else though.

This number rings me loads, but every time it’s a different voice on the line. Trying to ring it back just won’t work - says the number can’t be reached. When I do get someone, they claim to be from some consumer firm and want to ask a few questions. I always say no, tell them to take my number off their list and not to call again, but they keep ringing anyway! I’ve now blocked it completely on my phone - cheers to TalkTalk for letting me do that!

I've been getting calls from this number and everytime it's some new voice. Tried ringing back but no luck. When I finally got to speak with someone, they claimed to be from a consumer company wanting to ask some questions. I told them no, asked them to delete my number and not to ring me again, but they kept going! Luckily, my phone lets me block numbers now, so thanks to TalkTalk for that feature!

I was browsing through some of the earlier comments here. When I picked up, an asian/indian woman immediately asked for my name, so I quickly told her nobody by that name lives here and ended the call.
