Beware of this company! They've been quite persistent, pestering me about renewing a life insurance policy that I don’t even possess. When I enquired about which firm they were representing, they kept insisting it was “one of the five largest.” After hearing that same vague answer for the fifth time, the chap on the other end simply exclaimed, “can’t be bothered with this” before abruptly hanging up.
I’m giving them a poor rating since I suspect they might be fishing for credit card information under the guise of a renewal. I’ll be reporting them to Ofcom—this is the second such incident I’ve experienced this month!
