Not long after I did some sleuthing and gave the Financial Services Authority a bell, it all unraveled. Turns out it was Mobiles four Less, with matching numbers and the same CCL number-just another straw on the camel's back for them!

It appears that Mobiles for Less is operating under the guise of Protect ur World. If you happen to miss their call, you can expect them to try again the following day without fail.

I've received several calls on my mobile from this number over the last few weeks. Each time I pick up, I'm met with silence, and then the line simply disconnects. The SIM card I’m using is quite old - I’ve had it for yonks now.
