I’ve received calls from a bunch of characters, Matt, Joe, or Jim, all of whom seemed to be a bit dodgy, attempting to sell me life insurance. They couldn’t seem to provide any info about which company they represented, and it felt like I was getting pestered almost daily—definitely since around late September. I finally decided to report them today, as it’s become quite bothersome!

Had a rather frustrating experience with a life insurance firm. They claimed I was wasting their resources! What a cheek!

I received a call purporting to be regarding my life insurance, yet when I pressed for specifics, they were utterly vague. They rattled off a load of nonsense, and when I asked them to cease wasting my time, their tone turned quite hostile. I've now blocked the number.

I received two calls from this number and they both ended abruptly. On another occasion, nobody picked up, and they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail. So, I decided to block the number.

A call came in from a number I don't recognise, but they didn't bother to leave a message. Quite odd, really!

When I returned a missed call, the entity identified itself as the ‘protection people’. The whole interaction felt dreadfully robotic – not at all convincing. They claimed they’d reach out again, but it sounded extremely insincere.

I received a rather intrusive cold call suggesting that they could lower my life insurance premium. They claimed to be a broker representing a variety of major insurers. My advice? Either end the conversation promptly or, like I did, tell them to ring me back post-office hours. I’ve since blocked the number!

This so-called life insurance firm seems to be nothing but a sham. They couldn’t even furnish me with accurate information about their establishment. Do take care!

I've just realised they're pushing life insurance, and I'm kicking myself for not picking up the phone. If I had, I would have let them know I'm battling stage 4 bowel cancer. I wonder how much cover they'd be willing to offer under those circumstances.

@ just a group of jokers trying to peddle life insurance, clearly lacking any proper knowledge: I shared some straightforward insights about reality and then ended the call.
