I can confirm this call originates from Adrian Flux Insurance Agency. I used to hold a policy with them myself but decided to part ways a few years back following a rather hefty payout I received after an accident. Their behaviour took a rather unfriendly turn post-incident, which wasn’t great. As far as legitimacy goes, they seem to be on the level, but in terms of their policies, I wouldn’t rate them highly at all. I certainly wouldn’t suggest them to anyone I know!
