Adrian Flux insurance is absolutely dreadful! They bombard you with calls incessantly, and the amount of junk mail I've received is ridiculous. To top it off, when I first reached out with some questions last year, the staff were beyond unhelpful and frankly quite rude. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them!

I received a call from a bloke with an accent claiming to be from Adrian Flux insurance. He was after a specific individual listed on the policy, rather than the actual policy holder themselves. I thought it best to hang up and then contacted the insurance firm directly using a verified number. Turns out it was definitely a dodgy call, as nobody from the company had reached out to me.

However, judging by what others have shared, it seems I might’ve indeed held an insurance policy with the company in question. When I switched cars, they couldn’t quite match the rates I was getting elsewhere, so I went with a different broker. I really wish they’d let bygones be bygones as well!
