I can assure you, Adrian Flux is indeed a genuine insurance broker and not a scam. However, it’s rather frustrating to receive a call at 8:45 on a Saturday morning regarding an inquiry I made a year ago.

I’ve been scouring the internet in search of a more competitive rate for my impending car insurance renewal, which is looming in just a few days. Out of the blue, I got a call from this number promising to provide a quote. They bombarded me with various questions, one of which quite possibly stood out as their particular favourite – they wanted to know how much I was currently shelling out for my insurance. It seemed to hint at wanting to gauge what the best deal I’d encountered thus far was. In the end, they tossed me a figure that was over three times what I’m paying at the moment! It’s quite curious, isn’t it, how keen they are on gathering that kind of information…

Just to add to my earlier post, which hasn’t appeared yet – I've been inundated with four calls from this number just this morning alone. I've decided to label it as harassment and will not be picking up anymore. By the way, I’m properly registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

Received a dodgy call that I didn't pick up. I flagged it on this site, then promptly got rid of the details.

I received a call on my phone, which I've been using for the past six years, featuring a postcode linked to an old address from a decade ago. They claimed that I had requested an insurance quote the previous year! Quite baffling, to say the least!
