I received a call only to be immediately greeted by some dreadful hold music. When I tried to ring back, wouldn’t you know it, I was met with the same tedious tune again!

I've received a call from someone purporting to represent a firm that’s supposedly issuing refunds for mortgages and loans.

I've received three calls from this number, usually around mid-morning, but they never bother to leave a message. Quite annoying, really!

When I returned the call, I received a voicemail from something called Black Pearl Claims. It felt rather odd since I’ve never had any dealings with them whatsoever. Sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me!

The individual who rang me stated they were called Ruth and said she worked for the BBC.

It looks like this phone number is associated with Jaeger clothing. I got a call from them earlier today.
