Lately, we've got loads of dodgy calls claiming to be from Ofcom, saying our internet was hacked and would be disconnected in a day. One time, I pressed 1471 to see who was calling back, and to my surprise, a kid answered the phone. When I asked who it was, they just hung up. Then I rang again a bit later and this time there was a call guard on the line. I reckon these calls might be connected to other scams we've had about our internet being cut off.
