I decided to block the number, as it seems if they can't even communicate properly, such calls should definitely be deemed as suspicious. Honestly, whoever came up with this idea at the hospital ought to be dismissed. They’re handling calls for vulnerable elderly folks and unwell individuals — it’s enough to cause undue stress and anxiety that might just land them in a hospital bed!
