Had a rather peculiar phone call today from a woman claiming to be with a local firm that’s apparently been working nearby. She mentioned our windows were in dire need of replacement! Quite impressive, really, considering we’re not even close to the main road. Today’s caller, bless her heart, seemed to be reading off a script and stumbled over her words quite a bit. It was clear she was keen for a gig, but I opted to simply end the conversation and let her carry on. Before severing the call, I sent that number straight to the block list.
