I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Adrian Flux's complaints division. They attempted to impose a €60 fee for cancelling my policy, which seemed a bit off, especially after they hiked my premiums by £80 and added another address I never requested. To make matters worse, they refused to connect me with a manager to discuss my concerns. Quite disappointing, really!

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Adrian Flux insurance brokers, and I can honestly say they're the most overpriced and frustrating company I’ve ever come across! If you think about purchasing anything from them, do yourself a favour and look around first – you’ll definitely find a better deal somewhere else!

I received a call from a call centre and could clearly hear chatter in the background. I decided to remain silent and allow them to address me first. Strangely enough, after about 40 to 15 seconds of waiting, they suddenly disconnected the line.
