I got a call from someone's number in King's Lynn, but no message was left. I'm thinking of ringing them back, but it’s annoying they didn’t bother to say what they wanted.

Someone rang me claiming to be from Vodafone, offering a broadband deal that supposedly saves £3 each month. Although he said he was calling from the Hull branch, the phone number showed as coming from Kings Lynn. He explained it by saying the call went through a local server in Kings Lynn, which is why the 01553 number appeared. But Hull is over 100 miles away from there, so I can’t really see how that makes sense. Bit odd if you ask me.
