Got calls twice but no voicemail left. When I tried ringing back, the line said the number wasn’t real. Sounds like dodgy folks messing about with fake numbers on caller ID. Scammers these days are getting way too sneaky. Why isn’t GCHQ stepping in to stop these nasty calls and keep us safe? I've blocked the bogus number, but I’m sure they’ll be back tomorrow with a different fake one, and GCHQ will just ignore it again. David from Newcastle.

The person said something really quick, just a couple of words, then just cut off the call.

Not sure who that was, must’ve been one of those silent calls. We’ve been getting loads of them all day.

I answered and all I heard was clicking sounds, then the line went dead. Strange behaviour!

Got a call from this number but it was just a missed call, no voicemail or anything left. Since I don't recognise the place it came from and after reading other peoples’ reviews, I decided to block it straight away.

The person on the other end sounded super fake, like they were just going through a script or something. The line was rubbish and their accent was odd. All I caught at the start was "and how are you today," which I wouldn’t have said if I knew them. So I just asked, "Who even are you?" Then the bloke shouted back "Who are you?" before hanging up straight away. Proper weird call.
