Some robot voice called, saying there was an issue with my router and that my internet would cut out in four hours. It told me to press 1 to talk to my internet company. Obviously, I just ended the call straight away.

I just got a call claiming to be from TalkTalk tech support saying my phone line would be cut off today and that I should press 1 to avoid it. Seems like loads of TalkTalk customers are being targeted by this scam right now! What on earth is TalkTalk doing to stop this?

i noticed my phone showed it as a call coming from abroad too.
