When I picked up the phone, it seemed like I was greeted by silence. So, I hid my number and dialled back. Turns out it was a firm representing Vodafone, probing into my current network provider and my monthly charges, among other things. They appeared to be on the level, but I can't quite figure out why there was no reply when I first answered. Quite puzzling!
