Received a call from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach, claiming there was some dodgy activity tied to my internet. Instantly realised it was a scam since BT isn’t even my provider. Absolute nonsense!

I just got a call from this number, with someone claiming to be from my bank's fraud department. I decided it best to hang up and then block the number. Better safe than sorry!

Received a call from 01548 589935, which is a local number for Kingsbridge in Devon! The caller claimed to represent Microsoft's security division, so I decided to end the conversation there.

I had a phone call that seemed to be from my bank, using the number 01548 592331. They were expressing worry about some transactions on my account. I thought better of it, ended the call, and reported the incident to my bank's fraud team.

Just received a call from 01548 045360, where the caller claimed I was involved in a car accident that I didn't cause. When I probed further about how they obtained my details, they mentioned the road traffic safety agency. So, I asked, ‘Which date was this supposed accident on?’ There was a long silence before the line went dead. Another one of those dodgy calls, I reckon!

Can anyone shed light on who might have rung me from 01548 854184? We're not listed in the directory, so it’s a bit puzzling. Whenever I try to call back, it’s either met with silence or just a busy tone. Any insights would be appreciated!

I encountered some Indian con artists posing as BT representatives who resorted to telling me to shove off when I questioned their legitimacy.

I received a call from 01548596821, and I must admit, it was quite confusing. The lady on the other end claimed to be from BT, stating that there were issues with my internet and that I needed to rectify these problems immediately. She warned that if I didn't sort out the errors, my internet would be severed for a fortnight and I'd face a fee to restore the connection. Quite alarming, really!

Does anyone have any insight into why I keep getting calls from this number regarding my internet service? Whenever I suggest that it might be a scam, they respond with veiled threats of more calls to come, yet when I try to ring them back, the number is unreachable. It's utterly perplexing!
