About 10 minutes ago, I got a call from an automated woman’s voice asking about a £600 charge on our Visa card. It said it was from the bank and told me to press #1 to cancel if I didn’t authorise it. I’d got calls like this before and just hung up, but this time I stayed on to see what would happen. After around 30 seconds, the call just dropped by itself. Totally looks like a scam, since no one in my house made any payments like that!
