A few options were presented, but I decided to hang up. Definitely a scam—especially since my actual internet provider has been instructed to reach me through different channels!

Received a rather dodgy automated call that insisted it was from "BT" and warned me my internet would be disconnected. It prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone and 2 to cancel the supposed cancellation. Complete nonsense – my internet is still functioning just fine! Definitely a scam!
