I just got a recorded message telling me to ring HMRC back straight away or they'd get a solicitor involved. Don’t be tricked by it! It was definitely a scam!

Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent claiming he was from HMRC, said I was about to get arrested. Complete rubbish if you ask me, HMRC people would never talk to you like that, totally unprofessional.

Got a call from HMRC accusing me of fraud and threatening a warrant if I didn’t respond. The first ring came from 01546 809673 at 11:02am on 7th November. Then again from 01546 886899 at 11:08am the same day. Later, at 1:14pm, 01546 539760 called me. Today, at 11:59am on 13th November, 0300 200 8101 gave me a ring. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
