I received a call from some so-called "internet security service" claiming that my internet had been compromised. It was an Indian woman on the line, and while she insisted it was all free of charge, it felt like a classic phishing attempt to gather my personal details. I played along for a good twenty minutes just to waste her time before I finally hung up. Typical nonsense!

I foolishly entered my phone number on a website that I found through The Guardian, thinking I’d receive an approximate estimate for solar panels. Almost instantaneously, just three seconds after hitting ‘submit’, my phone rang from that number. I chose not to answer, and promptly blocked them. It had all the hallmarks of a call centre con job.

I've been inundated with calls from a variety of different numbers—definitely going to block them all!

This number is definitely linked to a solar project scam – just one of many out there, it seems.

I keep getting calls from various numbers all across the UK, and it’s getting rather tedious. It's a right nuisance! I'm in the process of blocking each one that tries to get through.

I came across a service that’s supposedly offering complimentary installations for solar panels. Strangely enough, they asked me about my credit score, which doesn’t quite make sense given it’s meant to be free, right? Additionally, I received several calls, all from various different numbers, which I found rather odd.

I've had quite enough of Project Solar – they've bombarded me with 13 calls today alone, each from a different number! It's utterly ridiculous. If this is how they operate, I certainly have no intention of engaging with them. Every one of those numbers is now on my block list!
