From what I can see, this number hasn’t been looked up before. Anyway, today I got a call with a voicemail saying something like “This is Her Majesty’s Revenue Centre. There’s an arrest warrant out for you. Press 1 to speak to your case officer. Press 2 for info about the warrant.” They didn’t even mention my name, and honestly, I can’t imagine HMRC would ever contact anyone through a recorded call like that. Sounds like another scam to me!

It appears that this particular number hasn't been looked into by anyone thus far. Anyway, I received a call earlier today, and it was a pre-recorded voice stating, "You are being contacted by Her Majesty's Revenue Centre. An arrest warrant has been issued in your name. If you'd like to speak with your case officer, please press 1. To obtain more information regarding your arrest warrant, press 2." Strangely enough, they didn't mention my name at all, and it seems to me highly unlikely that HMRC would reach out in such a manner! This smells very much like a fresh scam!
