Got an automated message on my landline about my Amazon Prime subscription being renewed soon, and that £79.99 would be taken from my account in the coming days. It asked me to press one to talk to someone. Normally I’d just hang up straight away but this time I pressed one, waiting to speak to a person. When they finally answered, I let them have it with a string of swear words. Unsurprisingly, they just hung up on me. This has been happening for a few months now and honestly, I’m really fed up with it. Total #SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!#
