Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon but I’ve never signed up with them so I knew straight away it was a scam. The voice was all muffled, dodgy from the start.

I’ve received around half a dozen calls so far, all with automated messages about my Amazon account. Each call came from a different number, but the message was pretty much the same as what’s described here.

Got an automated call saying something about my Amazon Prime subscription renewing. Looks like these things are just tricks to get into your computer and steal your bank info. Learned my lesson now.
