Some bloke rang saying he was from Microsoft, but we could tell straight away it was rubbish, so we just hung up. Then he phoned back and started threatening me and my stepdaughter while my husband was there. After that, he called once more and just shouted all sorts of horrible things and swore loads over the phone.
