For two days running, I’ve received calls from someone called "James." He’s been urging me to check out my loft, yet I keep saying I'm too old for that. He then offers to send a surveyor to come and inspect, take photos and measure up, supposedly to spot any damp or mould. Whenever I try to say something, he just ploughs on with the same lines like a record stuck on repeat. At this point, I reckon it must be an automated call because it talks right over me every time!

Got a call from a number I didn't know; there was no message left and when I answered, no one spoke. I'm guessing it was some sort of automated call centre scam. Definitely feels fishy.
