Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT tech support about my broadband. They wanted me to fiddle with the router and probably the computer after. I faked being clueless about what a router even was, and they quickly got aggressive, swearing and laughing. Definitely not a genuine BT tech support. Obviously, I didn’t give them any info, just kept them hanging to waste their time.
