Some bloke called saying he was Mark Wilson from the BT tech team, warning me my broadband and phone were about to get cut off. He even had the nerve to ask how I was doing! I just hung up straight away and blocked the number using BT call protect. You'd think BT could do more to stop these calls that pretend to be from them. Proper annoying stuff.
