Called themselves from BT Openreach, although it turns out they were supposedly from the technical support team. They mentioned they were ringing about some unspecified problems with my broadband connection. Trouble is, I don’t even use BT! It certainly felt like a scam to me.

Got a call from a local number claiming to be BT about issues with my internet. Bit odd since I was online the whole time, so I knew there was nothing wrong! They were trying to get me to let them into my laptop or something like that. Be careful, sounds dodgy!
