I noticed quite a few people say "Yes" when asked if they could hear them properly - never ever do that! Those scammers might record that reply and use it to commit fraud, like applying for credit cards or accessing your financial info pretending to be you. I said no, but the caller kept going on about how my insulation was old and might lead to damp problems. Even after telling him a couple of times I'm not the owner, he just wouldn't stop. In the end, I just had to hang up.
