6 yearsSome bloke called me, saying his name was Jasen Spencer and that he was a solicitor. He told me I was going to receive a cheque for a big PPI refund. Then out of nowhere, he got really rude, accusing me of wasting his time for no reason. When I asked what he wanted from me (pretty obvious he expected some sort of payment), he got all defensive and nasty. I told him that a real professional solicitor wouldn’t talk that way, and next thing he’s shouting swear words at me and ends the call.
