Got one of those automated calls today supposedly from "The Bank's" Fraud department. The number was 01543480380 and it rang when no one was in, bet if we’d picked up it would have been the usual nonsense. It’s baffling how these scammers keep using BT numbers - surely BT should be doing more to stop this? Feels like they care more about their profits than protecting customers from this kind of fraud!
