I got a call from BT saying there was an issue with my phone line and that I'd be disconnected unless I talked to the Fraud team. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to continue or 2 if I thought it was a mistake. But no matter if you press 1 or 2, they end up hijacking your phone line. Total scam!
