Got a call on my home phone from this number recently. Even though the area code looked like it was from around here, my cordless showed it was coming from abroad. The lady on the other end had a noticeable accent and claimed to be from BT tech support, saying there was an issue with my internet. Didn’t hang about, told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call quick smart. Seems like a dodgy scam to me.
