I got a call from a bloke who said he was Mason from Openreach. He told me that my internet was connected to like 20 different gadgets, which sounded daft. After a bit, I told him I had to dash and that I'd get in touch with Openreach myself later. I also said I wasn’t even an Openreach customer. Then he started shouting and told me to just switch providers, even though he said they’re the only ones that do all the networks, which seemed a bit off. When I tried calling that same number back, there was a message saying they’d changed it to 0333 000 5938.
