Around 9:40 this morning, I ignored a call that seemed like the usual scam. They pretended to be from BT, saying there was an internet issue and asked me to press 1. They never bother leaving a voicemail. The number had the 01471 code, which I think is Scottish, but I don’t know anyone from there, so it’s probably those scammers again. So far, I've had calls like this from about five different numbers. How are they able to do this all over the country? Blocking one number doesn’t help because another one pops up straight away! Someone really needs to put an end to this madness!
