Fraudsters for sure. Blocking them is pointless as they just ring from lots of different numbers. What really helped me was letting out a loud whistle right into the phone - it’s actually stopped loads of calls. Seems like they’ve taken me off their calling lists or something haha. Works like a charm 👌

Got a call from a bloke speaking with a funny accent, trying to scam me about my Visa card.
