Some bloke rang me calling himself 'Norman' and said he was from my 'Internet Service Provider'. He claimed someone had hacked my internet address so they needed to change it. I told him straight up that I didn’t believe a word he said and told him to jog on before hanging up. After that, I made sure to block the number using BT’s 'Call Protect' so they can't ring me again.
