Rang me at the crack of dawn, around five. Nobody was on the line. Very peculiar!

I've received a couple of calls from this particular number – the first time I picked up, all I heard was some odd static noise. The second call came through at a downright unreasonable hour, 4:10 am, and I chose to ignore it. While it appears to be from a local area, I've got a sneaky feeling this might be one of those dodgy scam operations!
