I recently had a chat with the Parkdean holiday booking team, who rang me ahead of my arrival. They were confirming a few details such as my check-in time and other essential bits. Quite organised, I must say!

I didn’t recognise the number, so I decided to ignore it. They rang me back a few times, but I eventually blocked the caller altogether.

They called me a whopping nine times over the course of five hours, insisting on prying details about a supposed accident I never had. It was rather tiresome, as they wouldn't take 'no' for an answer!
