Got a call from 01539431383 claiming to be from Amazon. The recorded voice said there was a £599 charge on my account for an Apple iPad and it had been blocked because of "suspicious activity". They told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to report it. Seriously, what nonsense! Apparently they think everyone’s daft these days. I’ve blocked the number and reported it straight away.
